OPJ elaborated the Portuguese contribution to the Fundamental Rights Report 2020 of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), within the scope of the contract with the Agency to integrate the FRANET network.
The FRA's “Fundamental Rights Report 2020” focused its analysis on issues such as equality and non-discrimination; racism, xenophobia and intolerance phenomena; integration of Roma people; asylum, visas, migration, borders and integration; information, privacy and data protection society; children's rights; access to justice, including the rights of victims of crime; and the evolution of compliance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
