Following on from the Advanced Training Series on Registries and Notaries, aimed primarily at legal and real estate professionals who deal with matters related to Registry and Notary Law on a daily basis, this new series aims to increment these skills, both theoretically and practically.

In addition to land registry - which is one of the indispensable tools for understanding the territory - topics such as the titling and registration of purchase and sale contracts, the constitution, modification and rectification of horizontal property and real estate complexes, notarial justification and, in the area of Inheritance Law, wills, probate and partition will be covered.
